Houston security favorites, AlertLogic took in $8.25M in a Series C round led by Updata Partners this week. This round, joined by Hunt Ventures , DFJ Mercury , Access Venture Partners and OCA Ventures , adds to the $7.5M AlertLogic has raised to date ($5M from those last 4 firms in 2006) .
We're still waiting for word on how AlertLogic plans to deploy that cash, so sit tight and keep checking in.
